Metabolomics Laboratory, Murdoch University PDF Print E-mail

The Murdoch University Metabolomics Laboratory (MML) is a collaboration between the Australian Centre for Necrotrophic Fungal Pathogens and the Separation Science Laboratory at Murdoch University. The MML has a major investment in Metabolomics with a strong focus on fungal metabolomics, and provides core analytical capability for research and training in the agricultural, pharmaceutical, human, animal, fishery and environmental sectors.
The MML has extensive separation and detection capabilities, enabling analysis of all low molecular weight compounds. MML will also house the highest resolution organic mass spectrometer in the country.

The following services are available:

  • Targeted metabolite analysis
  • Multi-targeted metabolite analysis of predefined metabolites
  • Metabolite profiling
  • Metabolite fingerprinting
  • Training courses in metabolomics techniques, instrumental analysis, mass spectral data interpretation, data processing and analysis
